The acquisition provides Healthwork with an important foothold in the London and Edinburgh areas and enhances Healthwork's UK-wide geographical presence.  Healthwork Managing Director Dr Tok Hussain said "The acquisition of IOM's occupational health business is a positive move for both companies, their customers and their employees.  We are very happy with the acquisition which will strengthen our position and enhances our UK-wide geographical presence.  The move also provides opportunities for Healthwork and IOM to collaborate in the future through the provision of complementary services".
